NEW YEAR’S EVE 31^ST DECEMBER

Spend the morning snuggling in bed before kick-starting the last day of the year with a hearty breakfast served until 10am.

You might want to go for a brisk walk or perhaps a drive to neighbouring New Forest for the day. Our friendly reception team can help you plan. Perhaps you prefer to chill and have a drink or two in the bar before getting ready for the main event.

Join us from 7.30pm onwards for a 5-course menu, crafted from the very best seasonal produce, then dance your way into 2022.

We will ring in the new year with Fizz at midnight.

NEW YEAR’S DAY, 1^ST JANUARY

Ease yourself into the day with a much-needed lie in and a deliciously wholesome mid-morning breakfast to kick start the New Year. We will serve breakfast from 8.30am to 11am.

Enjoy a later check-out up to 12.30pm or perhaps stay and have lunch before heading home.

Terms and conditions

Package prices are based on 2 adults sharing. Children under the age of 10 will not be permitted to attend the New Year’s Eve party, prices for children over 10 can be added at booking stage. For Sea view rooms there is an additional supplement. Full payment is required at the time of booking and no refund is available on cancellations. For those who book by 31^st October why not extend your stay and enjoy 50% discount off the additional night.

Get-together with friends and family this Christmas in the heart of Bournemouth with our 3 nights break and enjoy some much needed time to relax, eating delicious seasonal food from our 2 Rosette restaurant, plenty of fizz and creating special memories.

CHRISTMAS EVE 24TH DECEMBER

Get settled into your room before joining us in the bar until 6pm for glass of warming mulled wine and mince pies.

Come 7pm we will serve a 4 course dinner from our a la carte menu.

CHRISTMAS DAY 25TH DECEMBER

After opening presents join us from 7.30am for a delicious breakfast & and a glass of bucks fizz to start your day of celebrating.

Come lunchtime there will be a delicious festive 3 course lunch served from 12pm to 6pm so book your preferred time with reception.

At 3pm we will be showing the Queen’s speech and serving Christmas cake & coffee, perhaps you prefer to wrap up warm and go for a walk along the beach or through the gardens and have this in your room on your return.

After the big feast if you are feeling peckish in the evening we will serve a light snack menu delivered to your room up to 11pm

BOXING DAY 26TH DECEMBER

Whether it’s a steaming mug of coffee and a something light from our continental selection or the full English, ease yourself into the day with a later breakfast served up to 10.30am.

Spend the rest of the day just how you like it and then join us from 7pm onwards for another delicious 3 course meal with coffee & truffles.

SUNDAY 27TH DECEMBER

Enjoy your last breakfast with us and a late check out up to 12pm.
