The Crab at Bournemouth Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for lunches from 12:00 until 14:30, and betwen 17:30 and 22:00 for dinner, and is open for Sunday lunch from 12:00 until 15:00 and for dinner between 17:30 until 21:30.
All of our seafood is sourced from trusted and passionate individuals who care about the quality and standard of their produce. Our fresh fish is bought directly from the local markets in Dorset as well as Newlyn, Brixham and Looe which is delivered fresh, six days a week, ensuring the seafood on your plate is as fresh as we can get it. The same practice applies to the sourcing of our other ingredients. We are very proud to be associated with dedicated suppliers who bring our fresh seafood to you and who are working hard to protect the seas for future generations.
